YRFI/NRFI Picks For Tonight: Braves' Road Trend Says NRFI

Y/NRFI picks are your new best friend if you want instant MLB action. Personally, I hate waiting for my bets to hit, so I'm all in on this popular betting format.

Here are my two Y/NRFI bets for Tuesday, June 4:

Pick 1: White Sox vs Cubs: No run First inning (-115)

Matchup Preview - Game Time: 8:05 pm ET

Shota Imanaga is human. He stumbled in his last start, dropping his NRFI record to a now imperfect 9-1. That's still a reliable line, and it's only part of why I'm on the NRFI in this all-Chicago showdown.

Imanaga will pitch well against the Sox. After all, most clubs do. And on the ChiSox end, Chris Flexen (bad) starts, with his 9-1 NRFI record shining bright. Somehow, a guy like Flexen has shoved in the first inning, and we'll bet that continues Tuesday.

Overall, neither club is great at scoring in the first. The White Sox are now officially the most reliable NRFI club in baseball (42-18), while the Cubs are only slightly less reliable at 36-24.

Pick 2: Braves vs Red Sox: No Run First Inning (-130)

Matchup Preview - Game Time: 7:10 pm ET

The Braves are a very interesting team for Y/NRFI betting. Overall, Atlanta is 29-28 YRFI, but with some serious splits behind the scenes. At home, the Braves are 19-12 YRFI, while their road experience is much different (17-9 NRFI). Those are some solid trends.

And that's partly why I'm taking the NRFI bet Tuesday vs Boston. It's a road game for Atlanta, and starter Max Fried has seen four straight games where the NRFI hit. Kutter Crawford is also an NRFI hero, posting a 10-2 NRFI record this year, including seven consecutive scoreless first innings.
