Danica Patrick has a guaranteed starting spot in the 2012 Daytona 500 this weekend, but she's still listed as a longshot at the sportsbooks to visit Victory Lane at Daytona International Speedway.
Patrick is well back at 75/1 odds to win the Daytona 500 this weekend at Sportsbook as she embarks on a full-time NASCAR career. That has her well back of the current race favorites: Dale Earnhardt Jr., Kevin Harvick, and Kyle Busch are all set at 10/1 odds right now to take the checkered flag on Sunday.

Pole sitter Carl Edwards is pegged at 12/1 odds at Sportsbook for Sunday's race, which has him fifth behind the favorites and 11/1 Tony Stewart - the defending Sprint Cup champ.
Jeff Gordon is also set at 12/1 odds right now, with Jimmie Johnson and Kasey Kahne at 14/1, Brad Keselowski at 18/1, and Denny Hamlin at 20/1. Kurt Busch, Matt Kenseth, Jamie McMurray, and Clint Bowyer are all listed at 22/1 odds to win the Daytona 500. Defending Daytona 500 champion Trevor Bayne is back at 40/1 odds to repeat as the Sportsbook.
Greg Biffle, at 25/1 odds to win the Daytona 500 at Sportsbook, will start the race on Sunday afternoon beside Edwards in the front row. The rest of the starting positions for the event will be determined on Thursday via the two Gatorade Duel races.
