NASCAR Betting Lines: March Schedule

The month of March offers up five NASCAR betting opportunities for fans of the Sprint Cup Series, including events at each of Phoenix International Raceway, Las Vegas Motor Speedway, Bristol Motor Speedway, Auto Club Speedway, and Martinsville Speedway.

The Profit on CNBC 500 (March 2)

Carl Edwards won this race to pay off on the NASCAR betting lines at Phoenix International Raceway last season, when it was still called the Subway Fresh Fit 500, with Jimmie Johnson, Denny Hamlin, Brad Keselowski, and Dale Earnhardt Jr. following him across the finish line at the event. Kevin Harvick was the Sportsbook at the AdvoCare 500 at Phoenix last November.

Kobalt 400 (March 9)

Last March's visitor to Victory Lane at Las Vegas Motor Speedway was Matt Kenseth, who took the checkered flag and paid off on the NASCAR betting odds over Kasey Kahne, Brad Keselowski, Kyle Busch, and Carl Edwards. Tony Stewart, Carl Edwards, and Jimmie Johnson won the Sprint Cup Series events in Las Vegas in 2012, 2011, and 2010.

Food City 500 (March 16)

The Food City 500 champion in 2013 was Kasey Kahne, with Kyle Busch, Brad Keselowski, Kurt Busch, and Clint Bowyer making up the rest of the top five drivers at that Bristol Motor Speedway stop for the Sprint Cup Series. Matt Kenseth won the Irwin Tools Night Race at Bristol last August.

Auto Club 400 (March 23)

Kyle Busch drove to a victory in last year's Auto Club 400 at Auto Club Speedway, beating Dale Earnhardt Jr., Joey Logano, Carl Edwards, and Kurt Busch across the finish line that day. Tony Stewart, Kevin Harvick, and Jimmie Johnson were the previous three Sportsbooks of the early-season races at Auto Club.

STP 500 (March 30)

Jimmie Johnson took the checkered flag at the STP Gas Booster 500 at Martinsville Speedway in 2013, with Clint Bowyer, Jeff Gordon, Kasey Kahne, and Kyle Busch following behind in that NASCAR betting event at the online sportsbooks. Jeff Gordon was the champion at the Goody's Headache Relief Shot 500 at Martinsville last October.
