Raptors ML (+315 at FanDuel)
A big shoutout to Outlier for flagging down most of my trends today, including this one, which indicates the 76ers have trouble winning against poor defenses. Philly is 2-4 SU in its last six games against bottom-10 defenses. The Raptors yield an average of 110.7 PPG, ranking them 21st in the NBA.
On paper, this should be a cakewalk for the 76ers, hence the +315 odds. However, given, Philadelphia's let-down performances vs weak teams lately, Outlier suggests a ML wager on the Raps (+310 at FanDuel). With Kyle Lowry out and Joel Embiid questionable, Tuesday's game marks a decent time to take a risk on this NBA trend and place a small wager on TOR to win SU.
Karl-Anthony Towns OVER 13.5 Rebounds (+105 at FanDuel)
Towns has been central to the Knicks' success this season, guiding them to a 34-18 record and maintaining third place in the Eastern Conference. The change of scenery clearly helped, as KAT is scoring 24 PPG, his highest clip since 2021-22.
Best of all for prop bettors, KAT is averaging 13.5 rebounds per game this season. Outlier pointed out Towns has gone OVER 13.5 rebounds in 5 of his last 6 games on the road. He's averaging a massive 16.8 RPG during that span. He loves to dominate the paint at visiting arenas, and Tuesday's matchup vs the Pacers is juicy. Indiana allows opponents 32.4 defensive rebounds per game. KAT does most of his rebounding work on defense, so you know he'll feast in this one. This KAT bet is one of the best NBA player prop trends of the day.
Grizzlies -4.5 (+105 at BetMGM)
The Grizzlies have been basketball's most dynamic offense this season, averaging 123.5 points per game. While Ja Morant was always the engine of this offense, Jaren Jackson Jr.'s surge to 23.3 PPG has only leveled this team up.
Historically, Memphis has performed well against Phoenix, covering the spread in seven of their last 10 meetings. Additionally, the Grizzlies have covered the spread in five of their last six visits to Phoenix. Thanks to Outlier, we also know the Grizz are 6-1 ATS in their last seven road games.
The Suns, currently holding a 26-26 record, have struggled against the spread this season, with an 18-33-1 ATS record, the worst in the league. In contrast, the Grizzlies have excelled, posting a 34-18 ATS record.
