Boston Celtics-8 (-114)-335O 208 (-110)
Cleveland Cavaliers+8 (-106)+270U 208 (-110)

Nick Holz's Pick: Jaylen Brown OVER 24.5 Points & Assists (-106)

Brown's thrived against favorable matchups all series long against the Cavaliers. Other than the Game 2 meltdown that saw Boston put up just 94 total points, Brown's gone well over the 25 points and assists mark.

He's averaged 26.3 points per game alone this series, while shooting an outstanding 61.5% from the field, and knocking down 40% of three-pointers.

The Cal product has easily hit this number in six of his last eight games. Bet on Brown to feast on the overmatched Cavaliers defense once again in Game 4.

Christopher Walder's Pick: Boston Celtics ATS -8 (-114)

The second game of a series has been the Achilles heel of Boston during this postseason, but beyond those two poor performances which resulted in losses, its been smooth sailing at a perfect 6-0 both SU and against the spread in all other outings.

The highest spread in which the Celtics covered as favorites has been 13.5 points, and the team's 106-93 win at Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse on Saturday covered a 7.5-point spread to take a 2-1 series lead.

Jayson Tatum's 33-point outburst (his best of the playoffs, so far) should strike fear in Cleveland if there's more of that to come, and if that's indeed the case, winning by at least eight points should once again come naturally to the best team in the Association.

David Caraviello's Pick: Boston Celtics ATS -8 (-114)

Boston covered in Cleveland in Game 3 to take a 2-1 series lead behind big nights from Tatum and Jaylen Brown, showing no ill effects from the absence of injured big man Kristaps Porzingis. The Celtics remain an excellent playoff team on the road, and this series is following a similar pattern from the first round--the Celtics get shocked in Game 2 at home, and then take care of business from that point on.

Boston’s depth has been enough to mitigate even big games from Donovan Mitchell, who struck for 33 points in Game 3.

Oklahoma City Thunder vs Dallas Mavericks Game 4 Preview & Picks

Oklahoma City Thunder+1 (-110)+104O 215 (-110)
Dallas Mavericks-1 (-110)-122U 215 (-110)

Nick Holz's Pick: Daniel Gafford OVER 9.5 Points (-128)

The much smaller Thunder were powerless against the onslaught of the Mavericks bigs in Game 3. Gafford has scored at least 10 points in three of his last four games, and it would have been a perfect sweep had he not missed a dunk and the two ensuing free throws on Saturday.

Dallas outscored the OKC 52-38 inside in Game 3, with both Kyrie Irving and Luka Doncic tossing the rock to their bigs time and time again. Bet on Gafford to have another big game on Monday night as the Mavs look to establish their dominance in the paint once again.

Christopher Walder's Pick: Dallas Mavericks ATS -1 (-110)

Whenever you see a spread of just a single point, you have to roll ATS as opposed to moneyline if the upside is greater. That's the case here with the Mavericks entering Game 4 as the one-point favorite at the American Airlines Center, where they're 3-1 both SU and ATS and 2-0 in their last two tries.

This is the most adversity the No. 1-seeded Thunder have faced this postseason after sweeping the New Orleans Pelicans in the opening round. They've failed to cover three times during this playoff run, and they'll essentially just need to lose SU on Monday to fail to cover again.

David Caraviello's Pick: Dallas Mavericks ATS -1 (-110)

Dallas has flipped the script on Oklahoma City, winning and covering in Game 2 in OKC, and then doing the same in Game 3 at home. P.J. Washington has stepped up to help the Mavs navigate nagging injuries to Doncic and inconsistency from Kyrie Irving, and for the first time in these playoffs, the Thunder are looking like a very young team occupying rarified air.

The games in this series have mostly been close, and while we don’t see that changing, Dallas’ playoff savvy and home-court advantage should make the difference in Game 4.
