Christopher Walder's Pick: New York Knicks ML (+200)

All signs point towards the Pacers forcing a Game 7, mainly because the home team hasn't lost a single game this series. However, if you take a deeper dive into those two games Indiana prevailed in, you'll find enough reason to question whether or not they can make it a perfect 3-0 in their backyard on Friday.

Game 3 was a tight affair with New York losing by only five points, with a clutch three-pointer by Andrew Nembhard sealing the visitor's fate considering the score was tied during the final 30 seconds. The Knicks were right there until the very end and could have easily been up 3-0 had it not been by that clutch and perhaps lucky shot from Nembhard.

In Game 4, the heavy minutes and fatigue finally caught up with New York. Many had called for Indiana to at some point blow out its opponents with its run-and-gun offense and simply wear them out, and that came on May 12 by 32 points. The issue now for the Pacers is that the Knicks look rejuvenated, and knowing Game 7 would require a quick turnaround and early start with a 3:30 p.m. ET tipoff on Sunday, they'll want to close out Indiana on Friday and avoid a do-or-die game on little rest altogether.

David Caraviello's Pick: New York Knicks ATS +6.5 (-115)

New York continues to defy all logic, winning Game 5 handily at home despite a paper-thin roster that’s been decimated by injuries. Jalen Brunson returned to his superhuman form with 44 points, and the Knicks are getting enough contributions from role players like Miles McBride and Alec Burks to offset their limitations elsewhere.

The Knicks have now covered in three of the last four games in this series, and we’re expecting more of the same in Indy on Friday night.

Christopher Walder's Pick: Josh Hart OVER 27.5 PTS + REB (-113)

The points and rebounds combo prop for Josh Hart this series has been absolute money, with the lone exception being Game 4 which was a massacre on many fronts.

We're not going to hold that against him, because as mentioned in the moneyline pick, the Knicks needed oxygen tanks strapped to their backs and no one looked particularly good. However, in the other four games, Hart has notched combo lines of 37, 34, 28, and 29, all of which would topple Friday's mark of 27.5.

His 18 points and 11 rebounds from Game 5 is more in line with his playoff averages of 15.8 points and 12.2 boards, which bodes well for his chances to connect on this prop once more.
