Raptors a Slight Favorite to Move on to First Final in Franchise History

The lights go down for pregame introductions as the Toronto Raptors beat the Milwaukee Bucks in game four 120-102 to even up the Eastern Conference NBA Final at two games each at Scotiabank Arena in Toronto. May 21, 2019.

The Toronto Raptors have stunned the Milwaukee Bucks and the entire basketball world by winning three consecutive games after being down 0-2 to open the Eastern Conference Final. That included a gritty comeback win in Wisconsin in Game 5. Toronto opened as a -2 favorite for Game 6 with the total at 212.

Bucks vs Raptors Game Center

Standout Stats

  • Since losing Game 1 to Orlando, Toronto is 7-1 SU and 6-2 ATS at Scotiabank Arena, including 2-0 SU and ATS in this series.
  • The OVER has hit in both games in Toronto this series and in five of Milwaukee’s six road games in the 2019 playoffs. The average combined score through five games is 218.4.
  • Giannis Antetokounmpo’s season scoring average was 27.7 points per game. He has eclipsed 25 points just once in this series and had just 12 points in Game 3 in Toronto.
  • Kawhi Leonard averaged 26.6 points per game during the regular season. He’s scored 31+ points in four of the first five games of this series.
  • Toronto’s depth was a question after the first three games of the series. They’ve responded by outscoring Milwaukee’s bench 35-15 and 48-23 in Games 4 and 5.
  • In the Bucks’ three losses, they’ve shot better and out rebounded Toronto. The difference has come in shot selection and missed three-point chances. Toronto has won by an average of 10 points per game.
  • The crowd in Toronto, led by head cheerleader Drake, will play an enormous part in this game. The Bucks were rattled the last time they were on this floor, and everything that’s played out since will undoubtedly play to the Raptors’ advantage.

My Best Bet For Bucks vs Raptors

Raptors -2

Milwaukee seems to be unravelling and it’s my opinion that they really blew a chance to put this series in their control in Game 5. The Raptors came out shooting extremely poorly but Milwaukee let them hang around until they could figure it out.

The Raptors have been a force on home court and the city is primed for tonight to be the tipping point in the 6ix.
