Mavericks vs Kings NBA Play-In Tournament Player Props: Bet on Sabonis

Anthony Davis and the shorthanded Dallas Mavericks battle the Sacramento Kings in NBA play-in tournament action on Wednesday, April 16. As such, I'm serving up the very best player prop wagers to build those bankrolls as we head into the NBA playoffs.

Neither team wants their season to end here, so fans and bettor can expect to see some inspired hoops on the hardwood. Find my Mavericks vs Kings NBA play-in tournament player props:

Domantis Sabonis OVER 13.5 Rebounds -118 At Sportsbook

Kings big man Domantis Sabonis led the NBA in rebounds this season, at 13.9 per game. Crucially, Sabonis has averaged an insane 23 rebounds per game in his last 10. On top of that, the Lithuanian-American has averaged exactly 13.9 rebounds in that stretch, and is set to dominate the Mavericks on the glass tonight.

Sure, the Mavericks have most of their bigs back and healthy. But, the Kings have the personnel to play small-ball and force Dallas into one big lineups. That bodes well for Sabonis who's been excellent on the offensive glass this season. The Gonzaga product has the size and savvy to go head-to-head with the likes of Anthony Davis and Daniel Gafford and come out on top.

The team that dominates in the paint will likely win tonight's Mavericks vs Kings play-in matchup, and I'm betting on Sabonis to be a huge part of a Kings victory.

Naji Marshall UNDER 4.5 Assists -130 At Sportsbook

With so much uncertainty in Dallas, and so many injuries, Naji Marshall has been a bright spot. The five-year veteran had a career year while averaging 13.2 points, 4.8 rebounds and 3 assists in 69 total games, with a career-high 31 starts.

Having said that, with more opportunity than ever to shoot, Marshall has been jacking the rock, averaging over 11 field goal attempts over his last 10 games. As such he's failed to cross the four assists mark in seven of his last 10 contests.

Moreover, Marshall has averaged just 2.5 assists in his last 15 road games, and failed to surpass his 4.5 assist player prop in all of those contests. I'm fading Marshall again tonight against a Kings team that allows just 3.8 assists per game to small forwards.

trey Lyles OVER 6.5 Points -122 At Sportsbook

Canadian big man Trey Lyles has come on strong for the Kings down the stretch, averaging 10.5 points over his last five games. Lyles has scored at least seven points in six straight games, while knocking down 53% of shots from the field, and 40% from deep.

On top of that, Lyles has played more basketball in the regular season's final weeks, averaging 26 minutes a night. If he gets 20-plus minutes against Dallas, I love Lyles to fly OVER his 6.5 points player prop.

The veteran power forward boasts an underrated array of moves, and has the ability to both get to the cup and knock down mid-range jumpers with a smooth shooting stroke. Look for Lyles to cross the seven point mark once again in this Mavericks vs Kings NBA play-in tournament contest.
