Giannis Antetokounmpo, Milwaukee Bucks

NBA Player Props Today: Antetokounmpo Projected For OVER In Points vs Pistons

It's the final weekday of the 2024-25 NBA regular season tonight with literally every team in the Association taking the hardwood on Friday night, which is why we're bringing you an extra player prop pick to close out the campaign on a high note.

Let's run through five expert player prop picks for your consideration as opposed to the regular four, including a points prop for Milwaukee Bucks superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo versus the Detroit Pistons on April 11, 2025.

Giannis Antetokounmpo OVER 27.5 Points vs. Pistons (-118 at Sportsbook

Preview: Milwaukee Bucks vs. Detroit Pistons, 7 p.m. ET

These next two games for Milwaukee are of the utmost importance, both of which come against Detroit. Should the Bucks win just one of these next two matchups, they'll lock up the No. 5 seed in the Eastern Conference and confirm their best-of-seven with the Indiana Pacers in the opening round of the playoffs. If they lose both, they'll drop to the No. 6 spot and face the New York Knicks instead while the Pistons will pair off with Indiana.

Both teams are on the second night of a back-to-back slate here, so there's no real advantage for either side outside of Detroit competing in its own backyard at Little Caesars Arena. On no rest in 11 appearances this season, Antetokounmpo has dropped at least 28 points seven times. He's also gone OVER 27.5 points in eight of his last nine games and twice versus the Pistons already, including a 59-point performance back on Nov. 13.

Zaccharie Risacher OVER 14.5 Points vs. 76ers (-114 at Sportsbook)

Preview: Atlanta Hawks vs. Philadelphia 76ers, 7 p.m. ET

The No. 1 overall pick in the 2024 draft won't be taking home Rookie of the Year honors, in all likelihood, but Zaccharie Risacher's surge to make it interesting in the second half of the season has benefited both bettors and the Atlanta Hawks as a whole. He's averaged 15 points while shooting just under 50 percent from the field and 41 percent from behind the arc in his last 25 games.

The 20-year-old Frenchman is coming off a career-best performance against the Brooklyn Nets on Thursday, finishing with 38 points on 15-of-20 shooting with six triples in 35 minutes of action. He'll need just 15 points at the Wells Fargo Center to achieve an OVER, which Risacher pulled off twice in March with a pair of 22-point outings against the Sixers and their 26th-ranked defense (117.3 points allowed per 100 possessions).

Josh Giddey OVER 9.5 Rebounds vs. Wizards (-114 at Sportsbook)

Preview: Washington Wizards vs. Chicago Bulls, 8 p.m. ET

Over the last seven games, the only team in the league allowing opponents to average better than 50 rebounds is the Washington Wizards at 53.1, and that's music to the ears of Chicago Bulls guard Josh Giddey who's averaging 15 boards over his last three outings.

Giddey has finished with double-digit rebounds in 17 of his 70 games for Chicago this season, which isn't a great hit rate (24.2 percent), but keep in mind that 10 of those lines have come since the All-Star break. He actually ranks ninth amongst his peers in this category during that stretch at 10.7, and for the cherry on top, the 22-year-old did secure 13 rebounds the last time he competed against Washington on Jan. 10.

Naji Marshall OVER 18.5 Points + Rebounds vs. Raptors (-125 at Sportsbook)

Preview: Toronto Raptors vs. Dallas Mavericks, 8 p.m. ET

The Toronto Raptors have been waving the (Cooper) Flag(g) for quite some time now by resting their starters for noticeable stretches, and that will be the case once again on Friday as Immanuel Quickley, RJ Barrett, and Jakob Poeltl will all be held out. They have nothing to play for beyond pride anyway, while the Dallas Mavericks are looking to take home-court advantage away from the Sacramento Kings in their upcoming No. 9 vs. No. 10 play-in tournament matchup.

Naji Marshall's production has dipped with Anthony Davis back in the fold, but he's still playing a healthy 33.3 minutes per game which helps his cause in the props market. The Mavericks are the 12-point favorites on the spread and could blow this out of the water fast. If so, Davis would rightfully sit to preserve his body while Marshall could hopefully notch an OVER on 18.5 combined points and rebounds for the third time in four tries. Despite being a respectable 4-3 over their last seven games, the Raptors are giving up the 27th-most rebounds to the opposition with little interior size.

Christian Braun To Make 2+ 3-Pointers vs. Grizzlies (+136 at Sportsbook)

Preview: Memphis Grizzlies vs. Denver Nuggets, 9 p.m. ET

Jamal Murray will be sidelined on Friday against the Memphis Grizzlies with a hamstring injury, which should serve his Denver Nuggets teammate Christian Braun well once again. Braun is averaging 21 points over his last five appearances sans Murray, and is converting 47.2 percent of his 3-point attempts.

He'll need a pair of makes from the perimeter with plus-money value at Ball Arena, and Braun has done exactly that in each of his last three games shooting a combined 8-of-12 from 3-point range. He's drilled exactly three in each of his last two games, as well, and with Memphis ranking 29th in opponent's 3-pointers made, attempted, and 24th in efficiency over its last 10 tries, Braun could ultimately make this price tag look silly by the end of the night.
