There's limited action to wager on with only five NBA Cup games scheduled for Tuesday, November 26, so as it pertains to the player props market, we'll need to seek out some high-value wagers and hopefully boost our units.
Here are three player props to consider for Tuesday's slate, including a Jimmy Butler prop for when the Miami Heat host the visiting Milwaukee Bucks at the Kaseya Center.
Jimmy Butler OVER 25.5 Points + Assists vs. Bucks (-113)
Preview: Milwaukee Bucks vs. Miami Heat, 7:30 p.m. ET
Since returning to the Heat's lineup following a four-game absence due to a sprained right ankle, Butler has averaged 31.5 points, 9.5 rebounds, and 5.5 assists while shooting 65.5 percent from the field.
His points and assists are what we're banking on against the Bucks, and when looking at Butler's recent string of home games, there's reason to love this wager. The six-time All-Star has exceeded a combined 25.5 points and assists in four of his last five games in South Beach, averaging 31.2 during that stretch.
Miami needs a victory on Tuesday to preserve a shot at emerging from East Group B, and Butler tends to shine when the pressure is at its highest. He'll likely have to contend with Giannis Antetokounmpo standing across from him more often than not, but that could result in higher-than-normal assist numbers if Butler can't create looks as frequently as he'd like.
Julius Randle OVER 21.5 Points vs. Rockets (+100)
Preview: Houston Rockets vs. Minnesota Timberwolves, 8 p.m. ET
The Houston Rockets defense ranking second in the Association (103.7 points allowed per 100 possessions) likely explains why Julius Randle's scoring prop is at plus money considering the tear he's been on. Randle is averaging 26.8 points over his last four games, shooting 46.3 percent from the field and exceeding the 21.5-point mark in each of those outings.
Houston has held its opponents to fewer than 110 points in eight of its last nine games, and fewer than 100 points in three of those games. Now the only top-10 defense Randle has dropped big numbers on during this recent offensive wave is the reigning champion Boston Celtics, so the Rockets' defensive unit will be the toughest he's faced to date.
Randle's 34.4 minutes per game are the second-most on Minnesota, behind Anthony Edwards (37.2), which also rings true for his shot attempts. They're two of only three players on the roster shooting 10 or more times per game. If all Randle needs is 22 points, considering his playing time and active role in the offense, even if Houston makes his life difficult, that number is still well within reach at plus money.
Harrison Barnes OVER 4.5 Rebounds vs. Jazz (+114)
Preview: San Antonio Spurs vs. Utah Jazz, 9 p.m. ET
The surprising Western Conference Player of the Week became the first San Antonio Spurs player to earn the honor since DeMar DeRozan in 2020. Harrison Barnes' numbers even thrived with the return of Victor Wembanyama on Saturday against the Golden State Warriors, contributing 22 points and eight boards in 31 minutes.
We'll need Barnes to grab five or more rebounds against the Utah Jazz on Tuesday, which he's done in three-straight games finishing with at least eight. Now he failed to do so in all three meetings last season versus Utah, grabbing no more than four.
Sometimes it's best to hop aboard the wave of momentum a player can create, and Barnes' stock hasn't been this high in quite some time. Five is a reasonable number to achieve, even alongside Wembanyama.
