Paul George, Philadelphia 76ers

NBA Player Props Today: George's PRA UNDER Streak To Continue vs Bulls

A rough outcome for Saturday's NBA slate wasn't the ideal way to end the week, but a fresh schedule and a positive outlook with some strong due diligence will hopefully get us back on the path to success by picking out some winners in the player props market across the eight games on Monday, February 24.

Here are four expert player prop picks for your consideration, including one for Philadelphia 76ers forward Paul George in the PRA department (-108) against the Chicago Bulls in the City of Brotherly Love.

Paul George UNDER 29.5 Points + Rebounds + Assists vs. Bulls (-108)

Preview: Chicago Bulls vs. Philadelphia 76ers, 7 p.m. ET

Philadelphia's front office likely expected greater initial returns after investing $212 million over four years in George last summer, but just like the team's 2024-25 season as a whole, injuries and disappointment have been the prevailing headlines when mentioning the 34-year-old's inaugural campaign in Sixers colors.

A 29.5 PRA (points + rebounds + assists) versus Chicago seems awfully high for a player who has gone UNDER that number in eight-straight games, never exceeding a total of 24 during that stretch. George has averaged 11.9 points, 3.6 rebounds, and 2.6 assists while shooting 31.7 percent from 3-point range in those games, with the only real upside for an OVER here coming from Tyrese Maxey (finger) and Joel Embiid (knee) being listed as questionable.

George already has seven games in which he's finished with nine or fewer points after totalling seven in the four prior seasons combined as a member of the Los Angeles Clippers. Three of those box scores have come in the new calendar year alone, and with Philadelphia better off trying to tank in an effort to keep its 2025 draft pick, we may be seeing less and less of George in the coming weeks to improve those odds.

Naz Reid OVER 26.5 Points + Rebounds vs. Thunder (-120)

Preview: Minnesota Timberwolves vs. Oklahoma City Thunder, 8 p.m. ET

Last year's Sixth Man of the Year winner has flourished as a starter for the Minnesota Timberwolves with Julius Randle sidelined due to a groin injury. Across 10 starts in the month of February, Naz Reid has averaged 20.1 points and 8.9 rebounds while converting 46.6 percent of his shot attempts.

He gets another crack at the Oklahoma City Thunder on Monday after Minnesota fell 130-123 on Sunday, a night in which Reid totalled 40 minutes of playing time and notched a double-double of 22 points and 11 rebounds. It was his fifth double-double as a starter and third in his last four games, along with his seventh game of 20 or more points during this recent run.

That bodes well for his chances of beating a combined points and rebounds prop of 26.5 points and boards in the rematch at the Paycom Center. Getting to the 20-point mark goes a long way, and Reid has gone OVER for this prop in four-straight games and five of his last six. Keep in mind, however, that a majority of those lines came at home, and Reid has gone UNDER in three of his last four appearances on the road.

Jamal Murray To Make 3+ 3-Pointers vs. Pacers (+102)

Preview: Denver Nuggets vs. Indiana Pacers, 7 p.m. ET

When a player is catching fire with their outside shot, it's best to strike early and often with wagers before it inevitably comes to a crashing halt. That's the strategy here for Denver Nuggets guard Jamal Murray, who has a 3-pointers made prop set at just 2.5 by oddsmakers for Monday's road tilt against the Indiana Pacers, which falls well below the numbers he's been producing from the perimeter as of late.

Murray has drilled six or more triples in three-straight games and four of his last five, connecting on 57.4 percent of his attempts. Now the negative here is that Indiana ranks in the top 10 across the Association in opponent's 3-points made (12.4, fifth), attempted (36, ninth), and efficiency (34.5, ninth) when taking the floor at Gainbridge Fieldhouse, so Murray will have his work cut out for him.

For what it's worth, the last time he competed in Indiana, Murray made exactly three 3-pointers and finished with 31 points, so there's at least some history here supporting this bet.

Georges Niang OVER 12.5 Points vs. Heat (-112)

Preview: Miami Heat vs. Atlanta Hawks, 7:30 p.m. ET

It's taken very little time for Georges Niang to become a focal point of the Atlanta Hawks' scoring attack since coming over ahead of the trade deadline from the Cleveland Cavaliers as part of a package for De'Andre Hunter. Someone on the coaching staff has evidently given him the green light to shoot to his heart's content despite not even being a starter, as Niang has taken double-digit 3-point attempts in two of his five appearances with Atlanta after doing so just once in 51 prior outings with the Cavaliers this season.

He's scored 16 or more points three times as a Hawk, and on the two occasions he didn't, it was against the league's No. 2-ranked defense in the Orlando Magic, so we can cut him some slack for that. The Miami Heat are still formidable defensively, but aren't on the same wavelength as Orlando in that regard.

If Niang keeps chucking up threes, then reaching an OVER on 12.5 points at -112 should come rather effortlessly. Miami is also on the second night of a back to back after falling to the Milwaukee Bucks over the weekend, as are the Hawks after putting up 143 points in a losing effort to the Detroit Pistons. Niang had 27 points with seven made threes, so here's hoping he carries that over to Monday's matchup.
