Tyrese Haliburton, Indiana Pacers

NBA Player Props Today: Haliburton To Light Up Clippers From Deep

All of the basketball world's attention will be focused squarely on the NBA's trade deadline on Thursday afternoon, but once that 3 p.m. timeframe comes and goes, everything will revert back to the action itself and the player props market (for bettors of the sport, specifically) for the six games on the schedule.

Here are three expert player prop picks for your consideration, including a 3-pointers prop for Indiana Pacers guard Tyrese Haliburton at -104 against the Los Angeles Clippers at the Intuit Dome on Thursday, February 6, 2025.

Tyrese Haliburton OVER 2.5 Made 3-Pointers vs. Clippers (-104)

Preview: Indiana Pacers vs. Los Angeles Clippers, 10:30 p.m. ET

A recent 23-point loss to the Portland Trail Blazers was a rough night across the board for Indiana, and one that could be viewed as an anomaly barring a repeat performance on the road against Los Angeles. Haliburton only attempted three shots in 24 minutes of action on Tuesday, failing to register even a single point for the second time this season.

That's unlikely to happen in consecutive outings, though, as in the five games prior to getting blown out in Rip City, the two-time All-Star had averaged 21.2 points while shooting 46.3 percent from behind the arc with 3.8 triples per game. Haliburton reached an OVER on 2.5 3-pointers each time, as well.

The last time he suited up to face the Clippers on the road, Haliburton knocked down six 3-pointers on nine attempts in what ended up being a 17-point victory for the Pacers.

Brandin Podziemski OVER 23.5 Points + Rebounds + Assists vs. Lakers (-113)

Preview: Golden State Warriors vs. Los Angeles Lakers, 10 p.m. ET

The recent Jimmy Butler acquisition by the Golden State Warriors cost the roster three rotation pieces in Andrew Wiggins, Kyle Anderson, and Dennis Schroder, and with Butler not expected to make his debut against the Los Angeles Lakers, Brandin Podziemski should see similar usage to what he had during Wednesday's loss to the Utah Jazz.

Podziemski played a game-high 39 minutes en route to a line of 29 points, six rebounds, and four assists in what was his first start since Dec. 6. Now he's only gone OVER a 23.5 PRA four out of a possible nine times when inserted into the starting lineup, but considering the amount of bodies Golden State will be missing at Crypto.com Arena, there aren't many options around him to cut into his box score.

The 21-year-old sophomore also went OVER against the Lakers on Jan. 25 with 17 points, three boards, and five dimes in just under 25 minute, and that was as a reserve.

Christian Braun OVER 19.5 Points + Rebounds vs. Magic (-108)

Preview: Orlando Magic vs. Denver Nuggets, 9 p.m. ET

A move to the Denver Nuggets' starting lineup with Russell Westbrook out of action due to a left hamstring injury has resulted in a bump in Christian Braun's production. He's averaging 19.3 points and 8.7 rebounds while shooting just a smidge below 54 percent from the field over his last three games, all of which have resulted in Nuggets victories.

He's gone OVER 19.5 combined points and rebounds twice during that span, and Braun's minutes have also been quite plentiful at 36.1 per contest, so reaching yet another OVER on this prop will be easier to muster.
