NBA Player Props Today: Back Brown to Shine in Beantown

Our NBA player props of the day feature the likes of Jaylen Brown, Draymond Green and Franz Wagner. Don't miss my best player prop bets as Saturday's eight-game NBA slate gifts bettors a high-flying Pacers vs Hawks matchup, Pistons vs Warriors, and what could be another all-time classic Lakers vs Celtics contest.

Draymond Green UNDER 6.5 Assists -105 at Sportsbook

Warriors stalwart Draymond Green has failed to exceed 6.5 assists in six of his last seven games against top-10 defenses for assists allowed. He's averaged just five assists per night in those contests.

Draymond remains one of the best passers in the game, however, the stingy Detroit Pistons defense is the largest reasoning for this play. Detroit boasts a phenomenal 19.5 rating across their last 15 games, good for third in the NBA

Look for the depth of J.B. Bickerstaff's squad to shut down the Warriors offense tonight. Fade Draymond Green's assists as our first NBA player prop of the day.

Jaylen Brown OVER 10.5 Rebounds + Assists -102 at Sportsbook

Celtics star Jaylen Brown has taken over more playmaking duties this season. With both Kristaps Porzingis and Jrue Holiday out of the lineup for this key primetime matchup with the Lakers, expect to see Brown crash the glass and dish the rock tonight.

The 2024 NBA Finals MVP has surpassed 10.5 rebounds and assists in 10 of his last 11 games versus bottom-10 defenses for assists allowed. Brown's averaged over 13.5 rebounds + assists a night in those contests, and I like him to continue that streak at TD Garden.

Through that 10-game stretch, Brown has averaged 9.8 potential assists and 11.4 rebounds per game. With the Celtics offense rolling on all cylinders, there's no reason to believe that changes tonight. Bet on Jaylen Brown to exceed his 10.5 rebounds + assists player prop once again tonight.

Franz Wagner OVER 3.5 Assists +120 at Sportsbook

Orlando Magic lynchpin Franz Wagner has averaged 5.4 assists a game across his last 17 road contests.

The German small forward is averaging 4.7 assists per game this season, and has surpassed this line in five of his last eight games.

Wagner put up six assists against the Bulls two nights ago, while seeing 13 potential assists. In fact, the former eighth overall pick has averaged 7.1 potential assists across his last 10 games. Look for Wagner to exceed his 3.5 assist player prop tonight against a Bucks defense that ranks 25th in assist to turnover ratio.
