Jaylen Brown Player Prop Today: OVER 24.5 Points (-111)

Jaylen Brown is the heavy favorite to capture Finals Most Valuable Player honors at -340 after ending Wednesday's win with a near triple-double of 30 points, eight rebounds, and eight assists. It's a limited history, but never before has a player won the Conference Finals MVP, later won the championship, and not been named the MVP of that series as well. It's not in the bag just yet, though, so surely Brown will want to lock up that hardware with another incredible line on Friday.

Brown hasn't finished with 25 or more points in back-to-back games since facing the Indiana Pacers last round, but what should help his cause is teammate Kristaps Porzingis potentially being ruled out once again. When Brown takes 20 or more shots this postseason, he's notched at least 25 points five out of a possible six times.

He failed to do so in both games at TD Garden, but Porzingis was out there soaking up his fair share of shots. It's not by much, but Brown actually averages more points and shoots better on the road as opposed to being at home, and with the first title of his young career ever so close, he'll undoubtedly want to close up the series with a sweep capped off by an MVP-worthy showcase.

Kyrie Irving Player Prop Today: UNDER 24.5 Points (-115)

As remarkable a performance as Kyrie Irving had in Game 3 at home, dropping 35 points while shooting 13-of-28 from the field and 4-of-6 from 3-point range, it felt like not just an anomaly, but a showing out of sheer necessity to keep the Mavericks alive in the series and potentially erase how horridly he competed through the first two outings.

Irving finished with more points than he did in Games 1 and 2 combined (28), and it was almost enough to cut into Boston's series lead. It wasn't enough, however, to make me forget about his long history of inconsistency and inefficiency against his former squad, failing to topple a prop of 23.5 points in six of his last seven games versus the Celtics prior to Wednesday's action.

Perhaps not having Porzingis in the interior gave the eight-time All-Star the confidence to take over offensively and take better shots in rhythm as opposed to forcing the issue, and Irving certainly deserves a world of credit for putting up the numbers that he did. It's just hard to imagine the likes of Jrue Holiday and Derrick White not taking his box score personally.

Irving hasn't scored 20 or more points in consecutive appearances since Games 2 and 3 of the Western Conference finals. He emptied the clip on Wednesday in an effort to get at least one game in this series, and if history holds up, that could have been Irving's last attempt at a haymaker.

Derrick White Player Prop Today: OVER 3.5 Assists (-148)

We're getting a nice discount on Derrick White's assists at 3.5 after he's put up just six total over the last two games.

He has however surpassed in this line in two of three games this series and seven of his last eight games overall. Boston owns a fantastic 60% assists percentage in the playoffs. With their shooters kncoking down 46% of shots in Game 3, there's no reason to see that changing on Friday night.

I like the value on White's assist and the Celtics aim to close out their 18th NBA Championship in Game 4.

Kyrie Irving Player Prop Today: UNDER 8.5 Rebounds + Assists (-115)

As Chris mentioned above, Kyrie exploded for 35 points in Game 3. It was a phenomenal performance that brought back memories of NBA Finals gone by.

However, Irving has yet to surpass 8.5 rebounds and assists this series. He's surpassed this number in just three of his last 10 games. Kyrie's averaged 4.9 assists and 3.7 rebounds in 20 playoff games, but his lack of production in the Finals pushes me towards his UNDERS in Game 4.

This is a must win contest for the Mavericks, and while Irving will remain a dangerous scorer, he will likely be more selfish with the basketball in order to give his team the best chance to win. Add Kyrie UNDER 8.5 assists and rebounds to your NBA Finals player props.
