The NBA has been rattled to its core over the last 48 hours with a pair of blockbuster trades, one of which may be the biggest in league history, and perhaps that's an omen for the week ahead in the player props market where everything is on the table.
Here are three player props each at plus money for all of the action on Monday, February 3, including the potential for Domantas Sabonis to achieve yet another triple-double (+410) when the Sacramento Kings hit the road to face the Minnesota Timberwolves.
Domantas Sabonis To Record Triple-Double vs. Timberwolves (+410)
Preview: Sacramento Kings vs. Minnesota Timberwolves, 8 p.m. ET
Only Nikola Jokic (22) and LeBron James (10) have more triple-doubles in 2024-25 than Sabonis' eight, three of which have come in Sacramento's last four games. None of them have been against the Timberwolves, though, although the 28-year-old forward is putting up 24.7 points, 10.7 rebounds, and 3.3 assists across three meetings.
Now the Kings' leading scorer and assists getter in those matchups was De'Aaron Fox (33.7 points and 8.7 assists), and he's no longer in the equation after getting traded to the San Antonio Spurs as part of a three-team deal with the Chicago Bulls. Those numbers need to be accounted for until Zach LaVine arrives, and Sabonis has already shown in three games already sans Fox this season (22 points, 19.7 rebounds, and seven assists) that he can be that player.
Sabonis notching a double-double is listed at -850, so that's a shoe-in. A triple-double is where the ultimate value can be found, and +410 is as good as you'll find anywhere for a player producing them as regularly as he has as of late.
Miles Bridges OVER 8.5 Rebounds vs. Wizards (+104)
Preview: Washington Wizards vs. Charlotte Hornets, 7 p.m. ET
Fading the Washington Wizards is a universal rule in basketball betting, as they're unquestionably the worst team in the Association (7-14) who were fortunate enough to play a Timberwolves team missing Anthony Edwards and Julius Randle to barely eek out a two-point win and end a 15-game losing streak on Saturday.
Miles Bridges could be the latest in a laundry list of players to put up absurd production against the last-ranked offense and defense of Washington, and he's stepped up big time over the last three games without Brandon Miller (out for the season) and LaMelo Ball (sprained ankle) active. The 26-year-old wing is leading the Charlotte Hornets in scoring at 24.7 points while also producing 11.3 boards, and it's the latter number we'll be honing in on Monday.
He'll need at least nine rebounds at the Spectrum Center to achieve an OVER, which he's done each of his last three outings. Bridges also grabbed 14 rebounds back on Dec. 26 against Washington and that was with Miller and Ball in the lineup.
Tobias Harris OVER 1.5 Made 3-Pointers vs. Hawks (+164)
Preview: Atlanta Hawks vs. Detroit Pistons, 7 p.m. ET
Nothing cures shooting woes quite like facing the Atlanta Hawks, who continue to rank near the bottom in opponent's 3-pointers made (14.4, 28th), attempted (38.8, 23rd), and efficiency (37.2, 27th). That can hopefully be of benefit to Detroit Pistons forward Tobias Harris, whose only made two shots from behind the arc on 18 total attempts at a 11.1-percent clip over his last five games.
That explains why it's being painted as a long shot that Harris will convert two or more triples against Atlanta at +164, as this cold streak has taken a toll on his perception. Then again, Monday will mark Detroit's third meeting with the Hawks, and Harris has gone OVER this number both times with his five makes on Nov. 8 being his second-most of the campaign.
