Two teams vying for the top spot in the Western Conference will battle it out in a pivotal matchup on Tuesday when the Los Angeles Clippers host the visiting Minnesota Timberwolves at Crypto.com Arena.
Let's put together a same-game parlay and win some money.
Last Same-Game Parlay Results: Warriors Vs. Spurs (March 11, 2024)
Bet | Odds | Result | W or L |
---|---|---|---|
San Antonio Spurs ATS +4.5 | -110 | 112-102 Warriors | L |
Victor Wembanyama 2+ Made 3-Pointers | -160 | 3 Made 3-Pointers | W |
Chris Paul To Record 8+ Assists | -185 | 8 Assists | W |
Overall | +385 | 2-1 | L |
The San Antonio Spurs had just defeated the Golden State Warriors two nights prior on the road by double digits without Victor Wembanyama, so covering the 4.5-point spread seemed like a surefire wager.
Minnesota Timberwolves Vs. Los Angeles Clippers Same-Game Parlay (March 12, 2024)
The Game: Minnesota Timberwolves vs. Los Angeles Clippers, 10 p.m. ET
Bet | Odds |
---|---|
Los Angeles Clippers ATS -6.5 | -110 |
Anthony Edwards OVER 30.5 Points | -102 |
Kawhi Leonard 1+ Made 3-Pointer | -900 |
Overall | +338 |
Same-Game Parlay Pick No. 1: Los Angeles Clippers ATS -6.5
There's currently a great deal of doubt over the availability of several key components to both sides, with Rudy Gobert (hamstring), Anthony Edwards (ankle), Kyle Anderson (shoulder), Paul George (knee), and Kawhi Leonard (groin) all listed as questionable.
It's difficult to imagine a scenario in which most, if not all of those aforementioned players sit with the Clippers just two games back of Minnesota in the standings as the fourth and third seeds in the West, respectively.
Envisioning everyone suiting up, the Timberwolves are still just 1-7 against the spread over their last eight games and 1-2 SU since Karl-Anthony Towns went down with a meniscus injury.
Same-Game Parlay Pick No. 2: Anthony Edwards OVER 30.5 Points
Again, we have to be cognizant of the fact that Edwards is still only listed as questionable, so if he's ultimately ruled out, the entire fabric of this same-game parlay crumbles.
If he competes, which most would presume he will, the All-Star guard has averaged 28.3 points over his last 12 appearances which sits sixth overall amongst all players. Edwards also had a 33-point night on Jan. 13 against the Clippers, as well.
Towns' injury has thrust more of an offensive load onto Edwards' shoulders. His number will be called more often than not if ready to play, even if the 30.5-point total seems lofty.
Same-Game Parlay Pick No. 3: Kawhi Leonard 1+ Made 3-Pointer
Kawhi Leonard connecting on one 3-pointer should be layup, but there have been six instances this season in which he failed to make at least that and 11 others where the 32-year-old veteran only made one.
This prop has -900 odds, so oddsmakers clearly believe this to be a no-brainer. Leonard is attempting his most 3-point shots per game since 2020 at 5.1, converting 2.2 at a 42.6 percent clip.
