Oklahoma City Thunder vs. Golden State Warriors Expert Picks

Oklahoma City Thunder ATS -2.5 (-114)

Golden State still holds onto the No. 2 seed in the West despite having dropped two games in a row to teams with combined 18-18 records SU. The 128 points allowed to the Brooklyn Nets on Monday were the second-most given up by the Warriors this season and the most scored by an opponent of theirs at home.

The Thunder, meanwhile, continue to hold down the fort without the services of Chet Holmgren (hip), going 5-2 SU in his absence. With Isaiah Hartenstein having just recently returned, Oklahoma City can now trot out a credible big man and avoid utilizing small-ball lineups with no interior defender or rebounder and get taken advantage of on both fronts.

Wednesday marks just the second time in 2024-25 that the Warriors enter as a home underdog, prevailing SU and by covering the spread against the once healthy New Orleans Pelicans on October 29. The Thunder are also 4-2 SU and ATS away from the Paycom Center when a favorite, as well.

Considering Golden State has just one successful cover in its last six outings, let's take Oklahoma City to continue its winning streak and extend the Warriors' own skid.

OVER 229.5 Points (-110)

Trends are telling us something incredibly important here in the OVER/UNDER market, as the Warriors and Thunder have gone nine-consecutive games with a nailed OVER, with the last UNDER coming on February 27, 2022.

These are currently two of the Association's top-10 offenses, so be confident in their history and present production and take the OVER.

Oklahoma City Thunder vs. Golden State Warriors Player Prop

Isaiah Hartenstein OVER 21.5 Points + Rebounds (-106)

Over the last two games since making his debut following recovery from a hand injury suffered during the preseason, Hartenstein has contributed averages of 16 points and 12 rebounds in 30 minutes of action while shooting 55.6 percent from the field. He's also exceeded 21.5 combined points and rebounds each time.

Golden State lacks the size in the middle to battle around the basket with the the 7-footer, while also allowing the third-most rebounds to opponents at 46.5. Oklahoma City is much worse at 48.8 rebounds allowed, although much of that discrepancy came when Holmgren first got hurt and Hartenstein unavailable.
