The Big 12/Pac-10 Challenge and MWC/MVC Challenge continue over the weekend and should get plenty of action at sportsbooks.

On Friday, No. 5 Kansas Sate takes on Washington State at 11:00 p.m. ET. The Wildcats opened as 1-point favorites at Bovada but the most recent college basketball lines had this game as a pick ’em. The total is set at 146.5. Kansas State hasn’t played a road game yet this season; Jacob Pullen leads the Wildcats in scoring, averaging 16 points per contest while also leading the team in assists and steals.

The tourney continues with five more games over Saturday and Sunday. The marquee matchup on Saturday features the 23rd-ranked Washington Huskies battling Texas Tech. Washington looks to be the betting favorite, bringing the country’s second-best offense to the table. The Huskies average 93.7 points per game. They’re only 2-3 against the spread this season but did cover the 18 points on the college basketball lines at Bovada and Bovada against Long Beach State on November 30.

On Sunday, No. 19 Texas battles USC at 10:30 p.m. ET. The Longhorns have started strong this season, roaring to a 6-1 record and getting some serious scoring from Jordan Hamilton (21.7 points per game). Texas is also 4-1 against the spread this season; including four straight spread victories.

Only one of Texas’ last three games had a betting spread at major books. The Longhorns were favored by 20.5 points at home over Rice at Bovada and Bovada but scraped by Rice, winning 62-59 and failing to cover the spread.

In the earlier game (4:00 p.m. ET) on Sunday on Big 12/Pac-10 Challenge odds, Arizona hosts Oklahoma. The Wildcats are undefeated at home and 6-1 overall this season. They’ve been pure gold for any bettors supporting them, going 6-0 ATS. Most recently, the Wildcats took down Rice 84-57 on December 1. They were favored by 7.5 points at [custom:bodog-link] and Sports Interaction, among most major books, and easily covered that spread. Derrick Williams has been a force; his 20.6 points per game are more than double any other Arizona player’s average.

The MWC/MVC Challenge continues on Saturday and Sunday as well. The big matchup on Saturday pits 17th-ranked San Diego State and its 7-0 record against Wichita State at 10:00 p.m. ET. The undefeated Aztecs are 5-1 ATS on the season. They covered the six-point spread at [custom:bodog-link] and Sports Interaction against St. Mary’s on December 1.

At 2:00 p.m. ET on Saturday, TCU hosts Northern Iowa in MWC/MVC action. TCU is undefeated at home – both straight-up and against the spread. Ronnie Moss leads the Horned Frogs with 15.8 points per game but six different TCU players average at least 7.9 points per game.
