As the top team in KenPom's ratings, and stumble by the Blue Devils would be seen as a major upset. However, the Clemson Tigers have gone 18-2 SU in conference play this season, and defeated Duke 77-71 earlier this season.

Big 12 Tournament Betting Handles

Kelvin Sampson's Houston Cougars have dominated Big 12 play, going 19-1 so far this season. The Cougars' swarming defense forces opponents into mistakes, and their hot three-point shooting punishes teams on the other end. 

Intriguingly, Houston's odds have fallen slightly from -130 to -120 since opening. That may be due to the Cougars 82-81 loss at the hands of Texas Tech in February. However, Houston have won 10 straight games, and whacked the Red Raiders by eight in their rematch two weeks ago. The Cougars also defeated Iowa State that same week to confirm their status as the Big 12 tournament favorites. 

Having said that, bettors are all over the Cyclones to repeat as Big 12 tournament champs. Although, TJ Otzelberger's squad has lost a bit of their early season lustre as Iowa State have lost three of their last five games. 

For some strange reason, the 11-9 in Big 12 play Kansas Jayhawks own the second-most tickets to win the Big 12 tournament. Bettors love the CBB bluebloods, as 17.4% of tickets are on Kansas.

Big East Conference Tournament Betting Handles

Long the belle of the college basketball tournament cycle, the Big East will once again be a competitive tourney in 2025. 

Stalwarts UConn, Creighton, Marquette and Villanova are all chasing Rick Pitino's upstart St. John's in the latest odds. St. John's are the favorites, having dropped to +140 from +130 opening odds. Meanwhile, Dan Hurley's UConn Huskies are have climbed from +400 to +350. College hoops fans are well aware of the prowess of UConn. Nearly 54% of the Big East tournament betting money is on UConn to pull out another victory. 

Having said that, bettors are all over the Xavier Musketeers heading into the Big East tournament. Xavier have won seven straight games to make their case for a March Madness tournament bid.

SEC Conference Tournament Betting Handles

The most competitive conference in college basketball will take center stage as the SEC tournament gets underway on March 12. With four of the top six teams in KenPom's efficiency ratings, there are sure to be plenty of upsets in a loaded SEC. 

As of today, bettors are all over the Kentucky Wildcats at +2200 odds to win the SEC tournament. A lot of those wagers are likely due to Kentucky's former glory, rather than their prowess, or lack thereof, in 2025. Auburn, Tennessee, Florida, and Alabama are the favorites. With the Tigers odds dropping from +140 to win it all, to +160 at time of writing. On the flip side, Florida's odds have increased to +250 since opening at +300. 

The Gators and Volunteers own the top-two SEC tournament betting handle percentages at 34.6% and 22.9% as savvy bettors wager on the offensive upside of Florida, and top-ranked Tennessee defense.
