The Kansas Jayhawks have won 14 consecutive Big 12 Conference titles and won this tourney in five of the last 10 seasons.
The Jayhawks will be led by Big 12 player of the year Devonte’ Graham and get to face the Sportsbook of Oklahoma vs Oklahoma State. Kansas will be a tough out for any Big 12 opponent and has won this tourney in five of the last 10 seasons.
Last year’s Sportsbook, Iowa State, has an awful conference record at 4-14 SU and will start the tourney facing Texas. Although they’ve won this tourney three of the last four seasons, there’s a reason the Cyclones are listed at +2500 and it’s mainly because their defense has been horrible, allowing 86 points per game over their last five.
Texas Tech probably has the most to gain in this tourney after going 1-4 SU in its final five conference games. The Red Raiders will play the Sportsbook of Iowa State vs Texas but a deep run in the tourney can make a huge difference for potential seeding in March Madness.
