The Florida State Seminoles are still big favorites against the Clemson Tigers for Saturday afternoon, but with their starting quarterback suspended for the first half of that contest the betting line for the matchup has been on the move at the sportsbooks.
Florida State was a 20-point favorite at home against Clemson in their battle of ranked teams early in the week, but with Jameis Winston suspended by the team for the first half of the matchup that line had dropped to Florida State -16.5 at 5Dimes as of Wednesday night.

Florida State is 2-0 SU on the season but 0-2 ATS, failing to cover as an 18-point favorite against Oklahoma State and as a 56.5-point favorite against The Citadel. Winston received the two-quarter suspension by the Seminoles on Wednesday for "offensive and vulgar" behavior.
Elsewhere on the college football Week 4 odds, Wisconsin has moved from a 21.5-point to a 27-point favorite against Bowling Green, while Texas A&M is now giving 33.5 points instead of 31 points to SMU, and Memphis has grown from a 7.5-point to a 12-point favorite against Middle Tennessee.
In other line moves so far this week, West Virginia is now just a 7.5-point underdog instead of an 11-point underdog against Oklahoma, with Arizona moving from -12 to -9.5 against California, and Virginia Tech moving from -7.5 to -9 against Georgia Tech. Alabama has fallen from a 16-point to a 14.5-point favorite against Florida.
