College Football Week 8 Odds Analysis

The Clemson Tigers are 9-0 straight up and 5-4 against the spread over their last nine games. The Tigers hope to extend that winning streak on the road this Saturday against the Miami Hurricanes.

Clemson is a 7-point road favorite this week according to online sportsbook Sportsbook. This week's road game against Miami and next week's road game against NC State will be important for Clemson's playoff hopes as the Tigers are just 3-4 SU and 1-6 ATS in their last seven games on the road. Miami is 16-3 SU in its last 19 games at home.

UNDEFEATED SEMINOLES ROAD FAVORITES

The Florida State Seminoles are also on the road this Saturday looking to remain undefeated on the season as a 5-point favorite at Georgia Tech.

Back at the start of the season this looked on paper like it could be a clash between two of the ACC's top teams. But the wheels have fallen off in Georgia Tech as the Yellow Jackets are 0-5 SU and ATS over their last five games. Still, the Yellow Jackets are 6-0 ATS in their last six games against Florida State, and they finished strong last season with a 6-1 SU and 7-0 ATS run.

Another undefeated team squaring off against a tough opponent on the road this Saturday is the Utah Utes going into Los Angeles to take on the USC Trojans.

Despite back-to-back losses, a coaching change last week and an 0-3 SU and ATS record over their last three October games, the Trojans are actually a 3.5-point favorite at Sportsbook this week. The Utes continue to be underrated despite a 16-4 SU and 13-7 ATS record over their last 20 games.
