Baker Mayfield Deshaun Watson

Two of the best quarterbacks in the nation face off against one another when the Oklahoma Sooners and Clemson Tigers meet in the Orange Bowl on New Year’s Eve. Baker Mayfield has already become a legend in Norman after walking on to the team and throwing for 35 touchdowns and just five interceptions this season. Deshaun Watson was a Heisman finalist for No.1 ranked Clemson after throwing for 30 touchdowns and adding 11 more on the ground this season.

But the question is, which quarterback will fare better in the college football semifinals?

Bovada has listed various quarterback props for both Mayfield and Watson heading into Thursday’s pivotal affair.

Mayfield has surpassed the 290 passing yard mark five times this season, but has not done so since November 11 against Iowa. Clemson has the fifth ranked passing defense in the nation as they have held opposing quarterbacks to just 166.9 yards per game.
