Bears Take Brutal Road Record into Week 14 Date with Bengals

The Chicago Bears will be looking to rediscover their offensive touch and put an end to a five-game SU slide when they visit the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday at Paul Brown Stadium. Chicago is coming off a 15-14 loss to San Francisco as 2.5-point home chalk while the Bengals look to rebound from a last-second 23-20 setback to Pittsburgh as 4.5-point home underdogs on Monday night.

Shark Bites
  • The Bears are 1-5-1 ATS in their last seven games against the Bengals.
  • The Bengals are 4-0 ATS in their last four games against NFC North teams.
  • The Bengals are 2-7 SU in their last nine games in Week 14.

The Bears have managed to score more than 16 points just once during their current five-game swoon, including a brutal 31-3 loss in Philadelphia as 14-point underdogs two weeks ago that dropped them to 1-4 SU on the road this season, and 1-12 SU in their past 13 road dates overall. Chicago has also been shut out at the sportsbooks in recent matchups with NFC North opponents, going winless ATS in their past four.

The Bengals saw a two-game SU win streak ended in a hard-hitting loss to the Steelers on Monday, but have produced ATS wins in four straight games. Cincinnati has also won SU in three of its last four home dates, but is only 3-3 ATS at Paul Brown Stadium this season.

Cincinnati claimed a 45-10 victory as 2-point underdogs in its last home date with the Bears in 2009, and has won and covered in four of six overall meetings with Chicago since 1992.
