Commanders vs Bengals Odds & Picks Week 3: Roll with the Underdog Commanders

Rookie quarterback Jayden Daniels and the Washington Commanders head to Cincinnati to battle the Bengals in Week 3 of the NFL season. Washington will be buoyed by their 21-18 victory over the rival New York Giants last week, while the Bengals find themselves at 0-2 once again after their loss in Kansas City.

Let's take a peek at the latest Commanders vs Bengals odds and my best bets for the second leg of the NFL's Week 3 Monday Night Football double-header.

Commanders vs Bengals Picks Week 3

Commanders +7.5

Joe Burrow and the Bengals passing offense have struggled this season, generating just 272 total yards per game.

On the flip side, the Commanders offensive attack has exceeded expectations, with Kliff Kingsbury allowing Jayden Daniels and company to flourish. The Commanders sit fourth in EPA per play at 0.183 and fifth in success rate (48%). Additionally, Washington's rushing offense has racked up 176 yards per game on the ground in the young season.

While the Bengals defense kept them in the game against the Chiefs last week, with so many key contributors (Tee Higgins, BJ Hill, Sheldon Rankins) banged up, it will be tough for them to both score enough points and shut down the Commanders strong rushing attack.

Remember six of the largest favorites failed to cover the spread in Week 2, with the Ravens, Lions, Cowboys, Chiefs, Texans and Eagles all falling short. Four of those teams lost outright, and with the hook I'm riding with the young Commanders to cover on the road in Week 3.

Commanders vs Bengals Prop Pick

Brian Robinson OVER 53.5 Rushing Yards -110

With injuries piling up on the Bengals defensive line, I'm all over Brian Robinson's rushing yardage prop this week. He's looked great in Kingsbury's system and rushed for 133 yards on 17 totes last week against the Giants.

Prop lines and odds have yet to be released, so be sure to check back later in the week.
