With my Eagles vs Ravens odds and picks for the preseason Week 1 matchup, I'm backing Baltimore as 2.5-point underdogs.
The Ravens' 24-game preseason win-streak came to a close last season, with a Week 2 loss to the Commanders. But, I'm still backing John Harbaugh and the boys who rattled off nearly seven consecutive seasons of preseason perfection.

Ravens +2.5 (-115)
The Ravens won 24-straight preseason games before last season. So why would I not take the underdog points here?
Even in the game where that lengthy streak came to an end, the Ravens still only lost by one point and would've covered this +2.5 spread. The Ravens are (as you'd assume) 25-1 in covering a +2.5 spread in their last 26 preseason contests.
I also like the Ravens depth in this one. Early preseason games are all about the third- and fourth-string players, and guys like Rasheen Ali (Baltimore's fifth-round running back), QB Devin Leary, and receivers Devontez Walker and Deonte Harty should carry the load. They're all playing for jobs this spring and will be plenty motivated. The Eagles are loaded in the starting positions, but are far less deep than Baltimore.
OVER 34.5 Points (-110)
The Eagles and Ravens have great regular season defenses, but that doesn't matter much for a Preseason Week 1 contest. All three of Baltimore's 2023 preseason games went OVER this 34.5 point total. The same is true for Philly's three games last year.
It's hard to extrapolate regular season matchups into a Week 1 Preseason game, but the OVER has also hit in the last five meetings between these two teams.
