Harry Gagnon’s Favorite NFL Picks of the Week

Harry Gagnon’s Top NFL Picks of the Week

Bengals +12 vs Ravens

1. Baltimore is all over the place defensively, giving up 23 to a poor Pittsburgh team last week and getting lit up at home against the Browns the week before.

2. Cincinnati is 8-3 straight up in its last 11 games vs the Ravens.

3. The Ravens are just 1-8 ATS at home vs teams with a losing record.

4. The Ravens are 0-6 ATS in their last six vs their division at home.

5. WR Tyler Boyd is having a Pro Bowl type of season for the Bengals as he has 37 receptions.

Prediction: Ravens 21, Bengals 13

49ers-Rams OVER 50

1. San Francisco is first in rushing and fourth in overall yards in the NFL, while the Rams are fifth in the league in total yards.

2. The 49ers are undefeated and have scored 31, 41, 24 and 31 points in their games this season.

3. Twice in the last two years, these two rivals have scored a combined 80 points in a game.

4. The Rams defense gave up 30 on Thursday to Seattle and a shocking 55 the week before at home vs Tampa Bay.

5. RB Todd Gurley and WR Cooper Kupp have a combined nine touchdowns so far for the Rams this season.

Prediction: Rams 38, 49ers 24

Giants-Patriots UNDER 42

1. The Giants have numerous scratches for this Thursday night affair. Barkley, Engram and Shepard are all out for New York.

2. The UNDER has hit in three of the last four games between the Giants and Patriots.

3. Linebacker Jamie Collins has been a stud for the Patriots as he leads the team with 27 tackles and has three interceptions, including a pick-six.

4. New England has given up just 3, 0, 14, 10 and 7 points in its games this season and the 14 against the Jets came via a pick-six and a fumble recovery in the end zone.

5. The Patriots have gone UNDER in four straight games after playing consecutive road games.

Prediction: Patriots 21, Giants 10

Texans +5 vs Chiefs

1. The Chiefs rushing game only had 36 yards last week and their rush defense has given up monster games to the Colts’ Marlon Mack and the Lions’ Kerryon Johnson in back-to-back weeks.

2. Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes has only one passing touchdown in the last two weeks combined.

3. The Texans lit up the Falcons last week for 52 points and I anticipate a huge game from WR DeAndre Hopkins this week.

4. The Texans are eighth in total offense and are 4-0-1 ATS in their last five games as a road underdog.

5. The visiting team in this matchup is 5-1 ATS in the last six games.

Prediction: Texans 27, Chiefs 24
