It’s the largest combined spread total as a fave since the San Francisco 49ers were favored by 48 points through four weeks of the 1996 regular season.

The next-worst on the list goes back to the 2002 regular season when the Houston Texans were in their first year in the NFL and were combined 53-point underdogs through the first month of the season.
The Dolphins are on their bye for Week 5 and are currently 0-4 ATS while being outscored 163-26 in four games.
