Surprise, surprise. The public has hammered Detroit as a road favorite against a 49ers team mathematically eliminated for the postseason. The Lions opened as -190 favorites and have since moved to -210 as we near MNF kickoff. Sharps and casuals alike are on the Lions, with 91% of the betting handle on Detroit -3.5. That's not an ideal number, but clearly the public is counting on Detroit dominating the Niners.

I'm not so sure Amon-Ra is a great anytime TD bet at -150. Were he +100, I'd be more on board. The 49ers allow just 0.75 TDs to wideouts per game and the sixth-fewest yards (129.17). Gibbs at -450 is better for a parlay, but I'd be more inclined to bet RB props against the 49ers, since San Fran yields 1.17 rushing TDs per game to RBs, the second-worst mark in football.
