NBA OVER UNDER Player Props October 11

NBA Player O/U Stat Props for the 2018-19 Season

The 2018-19 NBA season is just a few short sleeps away and for hoops bettors, there is value to be had with NBA player statistic props.

Online sportsbook Sportsbook has just released hundreds of NBA player props to wager on for OVER/UNDERs of points, assists, rebounds, field-goal percentage, triple-doubles and more.

Since most of these props will be off the board once the season tips off, bettors should get on this quickly if they feel strongly one way or another.

Here are my three favorite OVER/UNDER NBA player stat props for the 2018-19 season.

Lonzo Ball

OVER 1.5 Triple-Doubles – Odds at -115

When you go through this massive list of props, a lot of the lines seem reasonable and can go either way. Whereas Lonzo Ball’s line of 1.5 triple-doubles for the entire season seems obscene and the OVER needs to be taken very seriously. Lonzo had two trip-dubs last season in the first month before getting hurt and playing sparingly throughout the year (finished at 52 games). Now he gets to have LeBron running down the wing for his outlet passes that are sure to make highlight reels. Another reason why you should take the OVER is Lonzo’s ability to rebound as a guard – he averaged 6.9 last year, which is usually the hang-up for point guards to achieve this statistical feat.

Zach Lavine

OVER 17 points per game – Odds at -115

Simple question, who else is going to score for the Bulls this season? Jabari Parker seems a step slow because of the multiple knee injuries and the rest of Chicago’s roster isn’t really ready for prime time. That’s why I think Zach LaVine will have full rein to shoot, shoot and shoot some more for a team that will struggle to crack 25 wins. LaVine has looked very strong in preseason thus far and in limited action last season averaged 19.2 points per game. If he can play more than 70 games this year, I think he tops 20 points per game.

Marcin Gortat

UNDER 8.5 Rebounds Per Game – Odds at -115

I know he may be the main center for the Clippers this season (shout-out to Boban!) but Marcin Gortat’s best days are behind him. The 34-year-old does not have the mobility or strength to muscle players out of the post as he used to and he only managed 7.6 rebounds per game last season with the Wizards. I think he’ll average just around eight rebounds per game with the Clip-Show but that extra 0.5 is just enough for me to feel comfortable banking on the UNDER.
