Giants vs Cowboys Sportsbook Odds

Dallas is coming off one of the most impressive performances of the season by any team in its shellacking of Minnesota last Sunday in the second of consecutive road games, leading bettors to back the hosts up near double digits to -9 in this key NFC East matchup.

The Cowboys absolutely dominated the Vikings in every facet of the game, and now they will attempt to do the same against a Giants squad that has lost two of its last three games. The total is also up slightly to 44.5 in early wagering, as the OVER has cashed in three straight meetings, with Dallas scoring 35 points or more in each of them.

New York Looking for First Victory at Dallas Since 2016

The Giants have lost the past three meetings with the Cowboys overall, but they also have dropped five in a row to their division rivals on the road. This one could be extra tough considering quarterback Daniel Jones lost another one of his top targets in wide receiver Wan’Dale Robinson, who suffered a torn ACL in last week’s loss to the Lions.

Robinson was targeted 13 times by Jones vs Detroit, and he hauled in nine of those for 100 yards in what turned out to be the last game of his rookie campaign. Jones will now be relying on Darius Slayton, Richie James and Kenny Golladay. James is also dealing with a knee injury, so that receiving corps could be even thinner come Thursday.

Pollard Continues as Force in Backfield With Elliott Back

Dallas got former leading rusher Ezekiel Elliott back from a knee injury at Minnesota, and he helped spell current top runner Tony Pollard with two touchdown runs from the one-yard line. But Pollard has become one of the most dangerous running backs in the NFL and was one of the key players against the Vikings with 15 carries for 80 yards and six catches for 109 yards, including two touchdowns.

The other key player was kicker Brett Maher, who booted four field goals, including three from 50 yards or more. Quarterback Dak Prescott also played well for the Cowboys, completing 22 of 25 passes for 276 yards with the two touchdowns to Pollard and no interceptions after throwing two picks the previous week in a 31-28 overtime loss to the Green Bay Packers on the road.

Giants: Keys To Victory

New York’s defense let the team down last week and cannot afford to let Dallas get off to a fast start on Thanksgiving. The Giants have struggled mightily from a defensive perspective in this series recently, and offensively they need running back Saquon Barkley to step up with a better effort than last week when he totaled 22 rushing yards on 15 carries. The key will be to eat up the clock and keep the Dallas offense off the field.

Cowboys: Keys To Victory

Dallas looked unstoppable on both sides of the ball at Minnesota, crushing a team that had just won at Buffalo in an OT thriller. Motivation should not be hard for the Cowboys in this spot, especially since they will be playing an NFC East opponent with second place on the line. Prescott’s play is the biggest key for the home team, as he needs to once again limit turnovers and get his receivers involved early and often for another fast start.
