NFL preseason lines released

How will the New Orleans Saints react after an offseason marred by a bounty scandal that resulted in a season-long suspension to head coach Sean Payton and multiple player suspensions?

That’s one of the biggest questions facing NFL bettors this season, and it begins next Sunday in the Hall of Fame Game where the Saints are 3-point favorites over the Arizona Cardinals. The total is set at 35.5 points for that contest at the sportsbooks.

Sportsbook posted lines for all of the Week 1 preseason games on Friday.

Odds & Ends

Only two preseason games in Week 1 have a line of more than three points.

The biggest total in Week 1 is 38.5 in the Green Bay-San Diego game on Aug. 9.

The lowest total in Week 1 is 33 in the Tampa Bay-Miami game on Aug. 10.

The home team is favored in all but one game; Jacksonville is a Pick vs. the New York Giants on Aug. 10.
