I'm back with a few more picks for tonight's NHL games.

March 5th NHL Picks
Taking the above trends alongside some more in-depth handicapping, here are two picks I'm focused on for tonight's NHL games:
Vegas' Mark Stone OVER 1.5 shots (-178 at Sportsbook)
This is such an easy OVER for me. For starters, Stone has gone OVER 1.5 shots in eight-straight games. He's averaging 2.5 shots per in that eight-game stretch.
But tonight, he gets to face a team that can't stop right wings like Stone. The Leafs allow the seventh-most shots in the NHL, but are particularly bad against RW, letting up the second-most SOG to the position. Right wings average 11.87 SOG per game against Toronto.
Ducks +1.5 puck line (-140 at Sportsbook)
The Ducks are actually playing pretty good hockey right now. Despite being one of the worst teams in the league, Anaheim is 6-2-1 in their last nine games. They've lost by more than 1.5 goals just once in that nine-game stretch, so this puck line is good business.
But, more important than all that, the Ducks' opponent tonight, Vancouver, has failed to cover 10-straight puck lines. The Canucks haven't won by more than 1.5 goals in their last seven games.
