    To get some value from this game, I’m taking the Avalanche -1.5. Cam Ward has been bad this season, sporting a 3.82 goals-against average and .890 save percentage, while Chicago has 14 losses of two goals or more. Ward is playing his third game in six days as Corey Crawford is on the injured reserve once again.

    Philipp Grubauer made 35 saves against Montreal on Wednesday and will start again vs Chicago tonight.
