NHL Betting: Eastern Conference Odds

The Pittsburgh Penguins remain at the top while the Philadelphia Flyers have dropped on the odds to win the NHL Eastern Conference heading into the middle portion of the shortened season.

The Penguins are currently the 11/4 leaders on the odds to win the NHL Eastern Conference at Bovada, putting them just ahead of the 13/4 Boston Bruins and the 7/1 Montreal Canadiens - who were well back at 16/1 on those NHL futures two months ago.

The New York Rangers, who were once co-favorites with the Penguins on the odds to win the East, are then at 15/2 odds, with the Carolina Hurricanes at 11/1. Carolina goaltender Cam Ward has been lost for the next six to eight weeks with a serious knee injury.

The New Jersey Devils then sit at 12/1 at Bovada, followed by each of the Flyers, Ottawa Senators, and Toronto Maple Leafs at 16/1. The Flyers were at 7/1 on those NHL futures two months ago.

The Tampa Bay Lightning are at 18/1 on the odds to win the NHL Eastern Conference, with the Washington Capitals at 22/1, and each of the Buffalo Sabres (40/1), Winnipeg Jets (40/1), New York Islanders (50/1), and Florida Panthers (75/1) longshots.
