NHL Playoffs Players Props Today: Oilers vs Panthers Game 1
[nhl_bet_50_get_10:BET99-2374158]Connor McDavid Player Prop Today: UNDER 0.5 Power Play Points (-135)
Why the hell would I take the UNDER for Connor McDavid's power play points? He's got three in the last two games after all. Not to mention that the Oilers have been efficient 37.3% of the time on the PP in this postseason run. Heck, they held a 26.3% efficiency in the regular season.
But if any team knows how to stop the Oilers' power play, it's the Florida Panthers. Florida stopped all five of the Oilers man advantages in two games this season. Not to mention that the Panthers' penalty kill has been excellent in these playoffs with an 88.2% efficiency.
Matthew Tkachuk Player Prop Today: O3.5 SOG (+120)
When on home ice the Florida Panthers average an insane 35 shots on net per game. Which is good news for Mathew Tkachuk's shot prop. The last 15 times Florida put at least 35 shots on net, Tkachuk hit OVER 3.5 shots eleven times.
In those 15 games, Ratty Matty put 80 shots on the net for an average of 5.3 per game. That's well above the line we need to hit tonight. And at plus money? Giddy-up!
[nhl_bet_50_get_10:BET99-2374158]Leon Draisaitl Player Prop Today: O0.5 Points (-230)
There isn't a ton of value here, but why poo-poo on what seems to be a sure thing? The German forward has at least one point in eight of his last 10 games. Has done so in 74 of the 99 games he's played this year (75%) and in four of six games against the Panthers (67%).
You know he's going to get on the end of something in this game. It's not a matter of if but how. And so at -230, you're only getting $4.35 of profit on a $10 bet, but what's wrong with a free $4?
