Conference Championship Odds

There are five games between two ranked teams this week in college football betting, and all five games will decide their conference champions. This week’s action will shape the BCS bowl picture.

No. 1 LSU has seemingly already locked up a trip to the BCS National Championship Game, but the Tigers still need one more win over No. 12 Georgia to stay undefeated and win the SEC. Georgia has won 10 straight and is 8-2 ATS over that stretch, while LSU is 12-0 SU and 9-3 ATS on the year.

Saints Giants Monday Night Odds

The Giants looked bad in losing to the Eagles and the Saints got to sit back during their bye week and plan how they could do the same thing to them in the Week 12 Monday Nighter.

New Orleans hosts the MNF battle and the Giants are in tough. However, New York has been a good bet on Mondays, going 7-2 ATS in their past 9 MNF appearances.
The Saints are perfect at home this year but have to cover 7.5 points against the Giants, who came off a weak loss to the Eagles.

Drew Brees is 3-0 in his career vs New York and he's got seven TDs and no picks in those contests.

NHL Betting: Stars vs. Avalanche

The Dallas Stars will be trying to snap a two-game slide when they face off against the Colorado Avalanche in NHL betting action on Monday night.

Colorado (10-12-1) and Dallas (13-9-1) have split two games head-to-head this season, with each team winning at home. Oddsmakers at 5Dimes will likely favor the Avalanche at home, where they shut out the Stars 3-0 already this month.

Xavier vs. Vanderbilt: NCAAB Odds

There are a lot of subplots in the Xavier versus Vanderbilt matchup in college basketball betting action on Monday night, and it should create serious attention on the lines at Bovada.

Andre Walker is a transfer from Vanderbilt, and he will suit up against his former Commodores team when the Musketeers roll into Memorial Gymnasium.

Steelers vs Chiefs Sunday Night

The schedule maker was not kind to the Kansas City Chiefs, giving them a Monday Nighter at New England followed by a short week to face the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Oh and did we mention you'll have to play the games without your starting QB? Compounding the problem for Kansas City is the fact the Steelers come off a bye week and have extra time to plan and get healthy.

The Chiefs have played 5 straight UNDERs and have managed just 16 points total in three recent losses.

Injured Eagles Home Dogs to Pats

The past two meetings of the Patrots and Eagles were memorable for different reasons and won't likely impact the Week 12 point spread.

The Pats beat the Eagles in Super Bowl 39 and two years later barely beat the Eagles as 24-point chalk (during New England's dream 20007 season). On Sunday, the Patriots play on a short week after drubbing the Chiefs and face an underperforming Eagle team that must win to keep its playoff hopes alive.

Raiders stumble as favorites

The Bears are in good shape for an NFC Wild Card but they face a stumbling block in visiting the Oakland Raiders on the Week 12 NFL wagering menu.

Chicago is 7-1-1 ATS since 1980 against the Raiders and they have won 7 of 10 overall on the road. Oakland has rebounded well from a pair of bad losses to beat the Chargers and Vikings in recent weeks and look to be in position for a playoff berth.

The Bears however have lost 6 of 8 as a road dog, a situation that applies here. The Raiders however have only covered twice in their past 18 games as a favorite.

Bills Jets Odds: AFC East Clash

Suddenly the Buffalo Bills are the Buffalo Bills again, losing big and playing sloppily, to confuse everyone who watched them beat the Patriots and other top teams earlier this season.

Now they get the New York Jets, alleged Super Bowl contenders who have looked lame in losing their past two games as well. So what gives in this AFC East battle (if you want to call it a battle)?

The Bills are 4-1 ATS their past 5 trips here and they will look to avenge a loss three weeks ago at home to these same Jets.

Sunday Setup: NFL Week 12

Only six weeks of regular season NFL betting remain, and with no more byes moving forward every betting card is even more loaded with key injuries and trends. Here’s a look at some NFL injury and weather news to take into account in Week 12.

Vick unlikely to start against New England

NFL Betting Props: Texans and Bears

The Houston Texans and Chicago Bears are both 7-3, and both will move forward without their starting quarterbacks as Jay Cutler and Matt Schaub are out for the rest of the season with injuries. The question on NFL betting fans’ minds is how will their replacements fare?

Here’s a look at the prop bets Bovada whipped up on these two quarterbacks and their teams, as well as a prop bet on Tim Tebow for Week 12.

Matt Leinart returns to starting role
