Super Contest Week 13 Computer Picks

The computer went 12-3 SU in Week 12, but just .500 against the spread.

With a few weeks left in the season, the Odds Shark super computer looks to salvage some pride with a burst of perfect weeks, starting here. We picked four underdog plays from the computer’s list of 16 games.

There are two Thanksgiving Day picks here, so if you trust the computer (which is touch and go this year), read on….

New England +3 at Green Bay – computer says 41-40 Patriots | Matchup Stats

Its hard to imagine 81 points in this game, but who knows with Brady and Rodgers firing away.

The Patriots have been dogs four times this year and won outright each time and they are 20-9-1 ATS as road dogs since 2003. Both teams are hot, we take the points and go with the computer.

Cincinnati -3.5 at Tampa Bay – computer says 23-14 Bengals | Matchup Stats

Cincy looks trustworthy again after a mid-season funk. They face a team for the second straight week that owns a 6-0 against them. Last week they beat the Texans (they had been 0-6 ATS) and this week they can beat the Bucs (who are 6-0 SU vs Cincy).

The Bucs have not beaten anyone good while Cincy’s form is better with wins over Baltimore, New Orleans and Houston.

Oakland +6.5 at St. Louis – computer says 17-12 Rams | Matchup Stats

In our weekly ‘Fade The Bad Favorite Theory’ game, we fade a bad Rams team getting too many points against a bad Raiders team. The Raiders are 10-4 ATS last 14 games as road underdogs.

Philadelphia +3 at Dallas – computer says 33-31 Cowboys | Matchup Stats

The road team is 7-1 SU in this series over the past few years and the Eagles can easily win here. The Eagles have won 9 of 12 divisional road games while Dallas is 1-6 ATS in seven recent games as home chalk.

Seattle +1 at San Francisco – computer says 25-21 Seahawks | Matchup Stats

Seattle is 6-0 ATS against the Niners and 9-3-1 ATS as road underdogs.

More importantly, the Seahawks handled a good Zona team last week and may have turned the corner defensively.

This is a tough call in a short-week, divisional road game but the line is too good to pass up and the computer says take it.
