Super Contest Week 15 Computer Picks

The Westgate Super Contest title is out of reach for the Odds Shark Super Computer (which was 12-3 ATS last week) but it can still win the late-season challenge (best record over final three weeks).

With that in mind and while aiming for a 5-0 ATS sweep, we check the best of the computer plays for Week 15.

[ Lines below are Westgate contest lines, they are not live lines, for current data check out Bovada or other providers listed here ]

Denver -4 at San Diego – computer says 33-25 Broncos | Matchup Stats

San Diego is mercurial and this is a spot where Denver could run up the score. All the trends point to a Denver cover here and they are 4-1 ATS against SD and 9-2 ATS past 11 December games.

The Chargers ride a 1-7 ATS streak and are primed for a loss here.

NY Giants -6.5 vs Redskins – computer says 22-11 Giants | Matchup Stats

Bet on a 4-9 team as a 6.5 point favorite? The computer says it is safe, the Redskins have no QB and the Giants are riding a one-game win streak after beating a bad team last week in Tennessee. They will beat another bad team in Week 15.

Green Bay -4 at Buffalo – computer says 40-28 Packers | Matchup Stats

The only stat that perturbs us in this game is the fact the Packers rank last in stopping the run on the road. And the Bills, due for a late-season swoon, can run the ball.

But can they stop Aaron Rodgers even once? Maybe not.

Tennessee +2 vs Jets – computer says 10.3-10 Jets | Matchup Stats

A few words here – the Jets are favored, bet against them. They haven’t been road chalk since last November and only get the nod here because the Titans are so bad.

But bad enough to lose to the Giants and Jets in consecutive weeks?

Minnesota +8 at Detroit – computer says 23-19 Lions | Matchup Stats

The trends say Vikings and the computer says the Vikings stay within a TD here. Winners of three straight, the Vikes are a threat here.

Minny is 6-1 ATS in its last 7 games and 9-1 ATS in its past 10 December games, although they do struggle within the division on the road.
