How to Bet Vettori
Vettori is the king of bull-like forward momentum. “The Italian Dream” has a granite chin and is unafraid of taking a bit of punishment to gain fortuitous positioning. Dolidze can crack a good hook, but Vettori should be safe with his regular strategy. Neither guy is a fantastic striker, leaving the stronger Vettori in a good spot.
Dolidze is a crafty grappler, but Vettori has strong wrestling as well. "The Caucasian" often doesn't relent dominant grappling positions, but Vettori is excellent at defending takedowns, so I like his chances over five rounds.
Vettori's last seven fights have gone the distance, so I'll up the stakes and take Marvin by decision here.
How to Bet Dolidze
Dolidze must wear Vettori down by attacking first, whether with strikes or a takedown attempt. Marvin's chin and physical strength make him hard to beat with one punch, so Dolidze must rack up control time on the mat or with angles in the Octagon.
If Dolidze gets Marvin down, he'll sell out with heavy ground-and-pound, as that's his biggest asset in the cage. It won't be enough to finish the Italian.
