MMA betting fans will be right back in the action on May 5 when UFC on Fox 3 airs four fights and Fuel TV airs six more undercard bouts.

And sportsbooks are already offering action on five matchups.

Jim Miller was supposed to fight for the title last summer but instead he was put into the Octagon against former WEC, and current UFC, Lightweight champ Ben Henderson. Following that tough loss Miller has been fighting his way back to the top of the Lightweight heap.

Oddsmakers at 5Dimes have Miller as a -210 favorite to beat Diaz, but that handicap many be off when one considers the vast improvement Diaz has shown in his boxing skills over the last year. Diaz looks like great underdog choice for an upset at the 5Dimes payout of +175.

Josh Koscheck has fought his way to two UFC Welterweight title shots but unfortunately he had to fight Georges St-Pierre both times. Now he faces an up-and-coming Johny Hendricks, and oddsmakers at 5Dimes are offering UFC odds of +100 on Koscheck to come out on top.

Hendricks beat former top contender Jon Fitch in near record time to earn another fight against a top contender. He is currently handicapped as the -120 favorite at [custom:bovada-link], and since it’s handicapped so close we like the UFC odds on the more experienced Koscheck to score the slim upset victory.

Rousimar Palhares continues to dominate his opposition with elite jiu-jitsu skills and is a big UFC odds -300 favorite over Alan Belcher. That line looks like a fair price when one considers the level of opponents Belcher has fought.

Even at 5Dimes UFC odds of +250, Belcher does not look like the best option in this one.
