Will Brock Lesnar Return To The UFC By 2018?

There are few names that draw as much interest in the MMA landscape as Brock Lesnar. ‘The Beast Incarnate’ made what appeared to be his triumphant return to the Octagon at UFC 200 only to fail the drug test and get himself suspended from the company.

Though many fans are somewhat disillusioned with Lesnar following his questionable handling leading up to UFC 200, there is no doubt that he is worth huge money to the UFC. Which means that you should not be surprised if Lesnar makes another trip to the Octagon.

Bovada has posted odds on whether or not we will see Lesnar return to the UFC before the conclusion of 2017. Lesnar fighting under the UFC brand again before the year 2018 rolls around is currently +600 with the ‘No’ coming back at -1000.

Recent reports have been suggesting that Lesnar could be facing a shorter suspension than initially assumed, as USADA’s policy says that he is facing a maximum suspension of one year rather than the usual two. That is because the substance Lesnar tested positive for is actually on the “specified substances” list of the World Anti-Doping Agency, which carries a less severe punishment.
