Braves open MLB series against Tigers

The Atlanta Braves will be on the road in marquee MLB betting action this weekend, as they open a three-game interleague series against the Detroit Tigers at Comerica Park on Friday night.

The last time the Braves faced the Tigers was back in June 2010, when Atlanta took two of three games from Detroit at home. Atlanta's probable pitcher for Friday is Paul Maholm, who has allowed just three runs over 26 1-3 innings this season.

Anibal Sanchez gets the call for the Detroit Tigers and he will try to build on a 2-1 mark. In the other dugout, Paul Maholm brings a 3-1 ledger to the game for the Braves as he tries to quiet the Tigers bats.
