Pascal Siakam vs. Phoenix

NBA Daily Fantasy Picks For Jan. 26: Ride Siakam's Hot Hand vs. Suns

NBA daily fantasy perfectly blends the worlds of fantasy sports and sports betting into one fun and exhilarating contest that can lead to big gains for those who partake.

The DFS lineup will incorporate a standard starting lineup of a PG, SG, SF, PF, and C, along with an additional G, F, and UTIL slot at a salary of $50,000 which cannot be exceeded. Points are allocated based on the statistical production from each individual player that night.

Here's a look at our lineup for the NBA's slate of games on Friday, January 26, 2024:

NBA DFS Lineup For January 26, 2024

  1. PG: Scottie Barnes, Toronto Raptors

    $8,500

  2. SG: James Harden, Los angeles Clippers

    $8,200

  3. SF: Norman Powell, Los Angeles Clippers

    $4,800

  4. PF: Chris boucher, Toronto Raptors

    $3,300

  5. C: Pascal Siakam, Indiana Pacers

    $7,500

  6. G: Andrew Nembhard, Indiana Pacers

    $5,200

  7. F: Herb Jones, New Orleans Pelicans

    $4,600

  8. UTIL: Jarrett Allen, Cleveland Cavaliers

    $7,800

PG: Scottie Barnes, Toronto Raptors

Barnes is getting the start at point guard as Immanuel Quickley misses Friday's game due to a bruised thigh. He's finished with at least 58 fantasy points in two of his last three games.

SG: James Harden, Los Angeles Clippers

A price tag of $8,200 is relatively good value for a player who is averaging 45.8 fantasy points over his last three games. Fantastic assist numbers are a given, and Harden is capable of shouldering the load scoring-wise for the Los Angeles Clippers on any given night. We could see a combination of the two against the Toronto Raptors.

SF: Norman Powell, Los Angeles Clippers

It's been a minute since Powell was traded by the Raptors, but it's safe to assume no matter what the circumstances, players always get up big for games against former teams. Powell could end up with even more run in this one should the game get away from a Toronto side that's currently an eight-point underdog.

PF: Chris Boucher, Toronto Raptors

Boucher's days with the Raptors could be numbered as we creep closer to the Feb. 8 trade deadline. With that being said, on this night against the Clippers, Boucher should get a little more of a look to not just try and increase his value on the open market, but to throw a little bit more length and size at the opposition.

C: Pascal Siakam, Indiana Pacers

Siakam just notched the sixth triple-double of his career on Thursday night which resulted in 61.25 fantasy points for bettors. He finished with only 29.5 fantasy points when the Indiana Pacers last lost to the Phoenix Suns on Jan. 21, though, which is a performance he likely rebound from with greater numbers this time around.

G: Andrew Nembhard, Indiana Pacers

Nemhard has scored 15 or more points in just three games in 2023-24, but two of those have come in the Pacers' last two games. He had at least seven assists in each of those games, as well. Let's hope a third in a row is coming.

F: Herb Jones, New Orleans Pelicans

Jones recorded 41.75 fantasy points with a line of 22 points, five rebounds, five assists, a steal, a block, and four 3-pointers when the New Orleans Pelicans blew out the Utah Jazz on Tuesday. It was the first time since Jan. 13 that Jones had 20 or more fantasy points for a performance, so we're taking a bit of a shot in the dark here after the Jazz game.

UTIL: Jarrett Allen, Cleveland Cavaliers

This is the third time in a matter of weeks that the Cleveland Cavaliers will be facing off with the Milwaukee Bucks. Allen registered 44.75 and 44.5 fantasy points in the previous two games, respectively, and should be good for a number around that mark once again.
