The reigning champion Denver Nuggets are 7-4 on no rest this season after defeating the Sacramento Kings 116-97 on Wednesday. However, they could be without Jamal Murray in this Finals rematch as head coach Michael Malone may sit the 27-year-old guard for rest.
Denver is a respectable 9-7 in 2023-24 when Murray doesn't play, mind you, but against the red-hot Miami Heat, it needs to be all hands on deck for the second night of a back-to-back slate.
The Heat are riding a five-game winning streak even as key players have missed time either due to injury or suspension. They've struggled against the Nuggets in the past (1-10 SU in their last 11 games, including 1-4 in the 2023 Finals), but are in prime position to pull what oddsmakers believe to be an upset at the Ball Arena.

The Atlanta Hawks are without Trae Young for the foreseeable future after the All-Star guard underwent surgery on his left hand. They've averaged 116.5 points over the last two games without him, though.
Still, when the Nets are factored in, with the total going UNDER in each of their last five games, it's extremely difficult to bet the OVER with any confidence.
