Same-Game Parlay Pick No. 1: Shai Gilgeous-Alexander UNDER 28.5 Points

Despite ending the regular season with four-straight games of 30 points or more, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander only reached that mark once in the first round against the New Orleans Pelicans when he registered 33 points in Game 2 at home. He shot 40 percent or worse in each of the last two games, as well.

It was a more offensively-balanced attack with Jalen Williams, Josh Giddey, and Lu Dort all averaging more points in that series than they did during the regular season, and considering New Orleans was down arguably its best player, Gilgeous-Alexander didn't necessarily need to to score a ton of points with the Pelicans outgunned. This matchup against Dallas is a different story, so the MVP finalist may need to take more of a score-first approach as opposed to taking a slight step back.

Gilgeous-Alexander hit the UNDER on 28.5 points in three of Oklahoma City's four meetings with the Mavericks during the 2023-24 season, although one was a blowout in which he saw the floor for just under 16 minutes. A scoring outburst is waiting in the wings, but it may not come in the opener.

Same-Game Parlay Pick No. 2: Luka Doncic UNDER 3.5 Made 3-Pointers

Perhaps much of Doncic's low efficiency can be attributed to any nagging injuries he's currently dealing with, but regardless of the reasoning, the 3-point shot has not been his friend as of late.

Doncic shot 7-of-41 (17 percent) over his last four appearances against the Los Angeles Clippers after converting 9-of-26 (34.6 percent) across the first two games. Oklahoma City ranked a respectable 12th overall in opponent's 3-point percentage (36.1 percent), but in the two times he suited up against the opposition during the season, Doncic reached the OVER on 3.5 makes each time.

The difference here is that he's clearly in a cold spurt and not playing at 100 percent. With the likes of Dort draped all over him on defense in enemy territory, there's little reason to believe at this point in time that he'll snap out of it.

Same-Game Parlay Pick No. 3: Luka Doncic OVER 10.5 Assists

Connecting to the aforementioned leg of this same-game parlay, should Doncic face double teams and be forced into another poor shooting night, he'll undoubtedly look to share the rock more and build those assist numbers of his up as his teammates contribute more on the scoreboad.

Doncic's season high in assists actually came against the Thunder on Dec. 12 when he finished with 18 in 46 minutes, which was two short of his career best. He also ended the series with Los Angeles with three consecutive games of 10 or more dimes, which he hadn't done since early March.

The 25-year-old fills up box scores on the regular, even when his body is failing him. He had 13 assists in Game 6 against the Clippers, and will need a similar number to reach the OVER again on Tuesday.
