NBA Race To 10 Bets For Feb. 1: Knicks To Continue Surge vs. Pacers

Race to 10 bets (first team to score 10 points) are a fun and quick way to place bets for those who aren't exactly interested in waiting until the final buzzer sounds for potential gains or losses.

Here's a look at three Race to 10 bets you need to consider for the NBA's slate of games on Thursday, February 1, 2024:

*Race to 10 records accurate as of Jan. 31:

Indiana Pacers Vs. New York Knicks

The Game: Indiana Pacers vs. New York Knicks, 7 p.m. ET

TeamOddsRecord
Indiana Pacers-104 21-27
New York Knicks-12225-23

Pick: New York Knicks, -122

The New York Knicks' eight-game winning streak isn't indicative of success in the Race to 10, as they've split those matchups in that department with a 4-4 record.

New York jumped out on the Indiana Pacers during their most recent meeting on Dec. 30 (10-2 start), and we're liking its chances of doing so again on Thursday.

Philadelphia 76ers Vs. Utah Jazz

The Game: Philadelphia 76ers vs. Utah Jazz, 10 p.m. ET

TeamOddsRecord
Philadelphia 76ers+10023-23
Utah Jazz-12820-29

Pick: Philadelphia 76ers, +100

It's better to take at least one underdog pick whenever making a Race to 10 bet, especially since there's no real rhyme or reason for success in this department.

Let's roll with the Philadelphia 76ers here, who despite not having Joel Embiid available, can still lean on Tyrese Maxey and Tobias Harris for early offense on the road against the Utah Jazz.

Cleveland Cavaliers Vs. Memphis Grizzlies

The Game: Cleveland Cavaliers vs. Memphis Grizzlies, 8 p.m. ET

TeamOddsRecord
Cleveland Cavaliers-16628-16
Memphis Grizzlies+13025-22

Pick: Cleveland Cavaliers, -166

The Memphis Grizzlies' 25-22 record in Race to 10 is perhaps the most surprising of any team in the Association since you wouldn't necessarily equate a depleted roster with having the knack for getting points up and making stops quickly.

The Cleveland Cavaliers, on the other hand, have a full arsenal at their disposal with the recent returns of Evan Mobley and Darius Garland. That's too much for Memphis to overcome, whether it's Race to 10, moneyline, or spread.
