Los Angeles Lakers Vs. Los Angeles Clippers Same-Game Parlay (Feb. 28, 2024)

The Game: Los Angeles Lakers vs. Los Angeles Clippers, 10 p.m. ET

BetOdds
Lakers ATS +3.5-112
James Harden OVER 20.5 Points-115
D'Angelo Russell 2+ Made 3-Pointers-360
Overall+323

Same-Game Parlay Pick No. 1: Los Angeles Lakers ATS +3.5

The Clippers will be without the services of Paul George once again as he misses time with a knee injury, and his absence could be the deciding factor here. George wasn't available on Sunday as the Sacramento Kings blew out Los Angeles by 16 points, which was still only the Clippers' first loss in four attempts this season when the nine-time All-Star sits.

The Lakers have played the Clippers tough across three prior matchups, though, with their lone loss coming without LeBron James who's expected to suit up on Wednesday. The same goes for Anthony Davis, who was initially questionable after missing Tuesday's practice with a upper respiratory illness.

The Clippers have covered the spread only once in their last seven games, and with George out yet again, bettors should be weary of their chances to break that trend.

Same-Game Parlay Pick No. 2: James Harden OVER 20.5 Points

Harden is averaging 22.5 points in the four games George misses this season, and is coming off a 20-point, eight-assist outing against Sacramento.

He's only hit the OVER set for Wednesday once in his last seven games, but Harden did score 23 points against the Lakers on Jan. 23, proving he's capable of surpassing the number oddsmakers have laid out for him.

With every game proving pivotal in the Clippers' quest to better their positioning atop the Western Conference, they'll need Harden to bring his "A" game offensively and pick up any slack created by George being unavailable.

Same-Game Parlay Pick No. 3: D'Angelo Russell 2+ Made 3-Pointers

Russell is tied for the ninth-most makes from behind the arc across the entire league in his last six games, shooting 20-of-47 from deep for a 42.6 percent conversion rate.

He's drilled at least three 3-pointers in each of his last three appearances and six of his last seven games, as well.

Russell is averaging 3.3 makes from 3-point range in three games against the Clippers, and should continue his hot streak on Wednesday.
