NFL Week 8 Betting Primer

If you've been all over favorites this season, you're probably trying to dig yourself out of a hole as they've cashed in just 42% of games. Underdogs have had the edge in six of the seven weeks so far and you'd have to think favorites will eventually start to come out on top more frequently.

One greaseball who's probably been cashing in on all that underdog action is that sleazy bookie. But this week, it's different because it's time to get even, or better yet, time to send that chump to the poorhouse. That's right, it's time to eat! So, before placing a bet this weekend, feast your eyes on our lists of traditional betting trends, teams stats, player trends and rock-solid nuggets of pure gold that will give you an advantage with your wagers and destroy the bookie's credit.
