NHL Anytime Goal Scorer Picks. Panarin gets back to scoring vs Flyers

NHL Anytime Goal Scorer Picks Jan 23: Kucherov Gets Back Amongst Goals

NHL anytime goal props are some of my favorite bets to make. A few days ago, I made three anytime goal picks on some of the best goal scorers in the league and two of the three hit. So let's try that again.

Here are three anytime goal picks for some of the best goal scorers in the league.

Lightning vs Flyers- Nikita Kucherov (+100)
The Game: Tampa Bay Lightning vs Philadelphia Flyers, 7 PM ET

The Bolts' leader in goals is going through a dry spell at the moment. Kucherov has gone scoreless in his last six games. Which just means we're getting good value on him.

In his current goalless streek Kuch has put an average of 2.7 shots on net per game. Of course, he's missed on all of but at his 15.7% shooting percentage he should have scored at least three goals. All that to say, he's due.

Philly's been poor defensively of late with 12 goals against in their last two game. Tonight is the night for Kuch.

Blue Jackets vs Oilers - Zach Hyman (+100)
The Game: Columbus Blue Jackets vs Edmonton Oilers, 9 PM ET

Hyman has goals in back-to-back games as the Oilers welcome the Blue Jackets to town. Columbus has been horrendous defensively allowing 41 goals on 335 shots, that's a goal for every 8 shots on net.

The Oilers are averaging 35 shots per game or, based on Columbus's current form that's about four goals. You have to believe that Hyman, who's scoring on 18.1% of his shots gets a least one.

Rangers vs Sharks - Artemi Panarin (+100)
The Game: New York Rangers vs San Jose Sharks, 10:30 PM ET

San Jose is awful. They've allowed 3.6 goals per game in their last 10. Starting between the pipes tonight for the Sharks is Mackenzie Blackwood who's averaged an .882SV% and a 3.73GAA.

Panarin has a better scoring record on the road (0.64 G/GP) than he does at home (0.57 G/GP). In 16 career games against the Sharks, the Rangers' Breadman has 10 goals.  A pretty good scoring rate if you ask me. I'm betting he continues to make good on that solid scoring rate with a goal tonight in San Jose.
